For the past decade, Molly has worked with agencies and product teams of all sizes, across industries, to create compelling and intuitive digital product experiences. While she is, unequivocally, a “designer” the value in what she brings to the table isn’t the finished pretty product (although you will, of course, get that).
Molly is a question-asker and answer-seeker; the through-line in all of her projects is a spirit of discovery — She’s drawn to working with innovative clients, who aren’t afraid to look for new and different ways of doing things. With every project, her goal is to understand the “why” behind what she’s working on; using a hybrid approach of data analytics, user-research, and iterative design processes to help herself and her clients define that. After all, with the right set of tools and user research, no problem is unsolvable.
