Along side of PXD Studio and Brilliant Experiment we led the overhaul of the product customer experience (CX) in close collaboration with Trovomics' lead scientists, developers, and research team.
We documented the scientific processes and research methods, worked with subject matter experts to understand the complex analysis requirements, and identified key areas needing validation.
We prioritized essential functionalities for the launch of both their web application and marketing site, and outlined additional improvements for the roadmap.
